We have a 7-day return and refund policy, which means you have 7 days to request a return after receiving your order.
Return or refund requests can be made only for defective products. To be eligible for a return, your order item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.

After receiving your shipment, we will examine the product, if condition is found to be alright, then we will dispatch the new product or process the refund as per return conditions decided at the time of return approvals.
Shipping & Fee
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products purchased on sale or order placed by using gift cards.
You have always option to exchange your product if you find it damaged or defected. Exchange procedure is same as placing return request.
Refunds will be made only if promised at the time of request approvals. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment source. Please remember it can take 7-10 days to get your money back depending upon your bank or credit card company. Patience is the best policy here.
